Ordering Information
All online ordering is processed through PayPal. To order by mail, please place your order through our online catalog and choose the "Check/Money Order" option during checkout. You'll be provided with a pre-calculated order form to mail with your payment.
Shipping Information
Most orders of in-stock items are shipped within two weeks. All products are shipped in a well-packaged container. All prints will be packed securely and shipped flat.
Shipping Rates
Personal checks may be held up to 10 business days. Orders containing back ordered items will be held until those items are in stock. Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees. Shipping to International destinations may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the shipping method required.
Damaged Packages
Should you receive a damaged package, call Clayton Brothers. Retain all original, damaged packing materials and we'll arrange for a replacement. Please be careful when unpacking your order, we are not responsible for damage occurring during the unpacking of the box.
Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied, call Clayton Brothers, or return your order in ORIGINAL CONDITION with the invoice and a reason for your return via insured UPS within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
All prints and originals are hand signed and numbered and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Mail order payments should be made out to Clayton Brothers inclusive of the shipping and handling fees and mailed to this address:
